Are you a webmaster? Do you have 1 or more websites to look after? You likely have seen the huge amount of time it takes to keep organized. Sometimes we spend more time finding stuff and finding out what needs to be done that this time could be utilized in other areas.
As a webmaster there are some things that you constantly need to do. Things like adding content, improving the website, promoting the website and so much more.

I have found the Microsoft Office range of products to be great at this, though you could use other software also that includes a spreadsheet, word processor, etc.

If we look at the major issues we have. One of them is with content. Writing it, and then adding it to our websites, luckily the Microsoft Windows range allows organizing with folders, and other OS's also have this feature which is very handy as it is based on the filing system method.
If you have one website, then you may only need one specific folder. In this folder everything can be kept. I know sometimes this doesn't happen in practice, and you end up with everything everywhere.
Especially so when you download files online and place them on the desktop for example!
The process to navigate to the folder may take time, but it will ultimately save the time it takes to find where you put stuff!
The good thing with software is that there is a wide range of specialized options. You can find software that can help you be organized with your websites and if you can't find anything then a Excel sheet or any spreadsheet, even done on paper or lists of things to do, can help you to really be organized with what needs to be done with your website or websites.
Generally though you will find that the webmaster tools you find is going to be all different applications which you end up using over the course of days, weeks and months. This in itself is a big problem because keeping track of all the tools you need can be hard work!
